Fast shipping, item as described. The wood finish is actually reasonably good. Hold section is plastic in matt finish. Center of weight leans towards front, especially noticeable when uncapping. Actually writing feels normal and quite comfortable. The nib and feed seem to be same as x450/x750/159 that I bought 2 years ago, but appear better. Nib is better polished. I washed with diluted dishwasher, and only inked the converter. I then turn the converter to push a little bit of ink to the feed. Based on earlier Jinhao experience, I was expecting to spend some time to get it work. But to my surprise, it started writing within seconds, and is reasonably wet. The only shortcoming is the metal thread. The valley part of thread is roughly cut, appears a but dull and unclean. This is also seen on 159, where metal thread is present. Overall an excellent pen, very satisfied indeed.
